Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations – please ensure you have the right tickets in the basket before payment is processed. Tickets may be transferable at our discretion to an alternative date While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee a date change.
The event will not be cancelled if the weather turns wet. If this is the case, we advise bringing the appropriate clothing and footwear to enjoy the event.
In the event of a cancellation or significant change to the event by ourselves, we will provide ticket holders with the option to receive a full refund or transfer their tickets to a rescheduled date if available. If availability is limited or unavailable, a refund will be processed. Notificiation of any changes will be posted on our social media pages. If a cancellation is a possibility, please check.
Monies are processed through Stripe so may take up to 10 days to be received. If after this period, monies have not been returned, please contact your bank/ or credit card company. It is an automated system.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Injuries, Accidents and Losses
Please be aware that the ground is uneven in places so please wear suitable footwear and take care. We take no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to personal effects, or any injuries or accidents to visitors, arising from or in connection with our event or the equipment in the field of fun.
